The Human-Resource Development & Language Foundation (HDLF), is a local grassroots Cambodian social enterprise, that focuses on practical, high impact sustainable solutions to rural poverty. They teach English, IT, Motivation, Life Skills, Career Skills and also implement school construction projects in the countryside with the help of international volunteers and donor support. Some of their activities can be seen in the following images. Khiri Reach will be initiating the 1st We Grow program in Cambodia at HDLFs new training and boarding school center on the outskirts of Battambang. In the 1st phase, we will be teaching the students how to grow their own food, create cash crops and sellable products, sewing and branded items and food and hygiene development. The 2nd phase will be developing an internship program for the students to practice what they learn and gain vital experience in the workplace.
